I was relieved when I found Jeff to do an inspection on my home. He is hands down the most precessional inspector and has extensive knowledge. We were impressed dealing with Jeff as our pre-purchase home inspector. The job that he performed for us went above and beyond our expectations. The findings of his inspection were laid out in professional detail, displayed with pictures and detailed information, were clear and concise with positive and negative facts displayed. Jeff is my “go to” home inspector! Being an active full time Realtor in Central Oregon, I can say Jeff does an outstanding and thorough job with all of his inspections. He has a thoughtful and experienced way of communicating with and educating clients so that they feel comfortable and confident in making home purchase decisions. Make no mistake, the home inspection process and contingency is by far the most challenging and stressful portion of any home sale. With Jeff’s report findings and explanations however, clients are much more informed and relaxed knowing they have a professional they can trust. I highly recommend Jeff for any home inspections!

I have used Jeff twice so far, and I will definitely use him again! He is very thorough and knowledgeable. His background and experience is solid. We also look forward to seeing him because he is such a nice guy and very funny. Jeff’s reports are easy to read, with the “red” items listed at the top and the detail (with pictures) below. I highly recommend River to the Sea.
